Something to Share and Something to Look Forward to...

Today I write to you to keep you informed of the current market trend and what to expect in the coming months and to also share something that Team Cooper are very proud of.

Firstly, the market:

The current market activity is as strong as ever with regular strong results being recorded due to heavy demand (in most price points and suburbs) and the diminished number of properties having come to market in recent months.

We have seen a typical winter market in terms of new properties coming to market, but the sale time has been decreasing and prices continuing to rise.

We expect this to change over the coming weeks/months and the usual spring activity starting to blossom. There will be a certain percentage more properties likely to come to market making the choice to buyers a little easier, but I feel that the extra numbers coming to market will only help meet the demand. All in all, I see a very busy and prosperous market for sellers between now and the end of the year (and possibly beyond).

Secondly:

In recent weeks the team and I have had the privilege of being awarded the ‘Top Team by Listings Sold’ for Western Australia at the recent Annual REIWA Awards. This is the second year running that the team has won the award and I am very proud for all their hard work and commitment through what has been another very busy year in our marketplace.

This of course is not only a testament to the team but also to all the clients we have had the privilege to serve, not only over the past 12 months but in the years prior.

Without your support awards such as these are not achievable. The team and I are very grateful for the opportunity to serve you all and help with one of the most important decisions some of us will ever make in our life. This is one thing we don’t take for granted.
