The Greater Bunbury Region continues to forge ahead, with the latest REIWA
statistics indicating it has experienced the highest regional capital growth for the
March quarter, rising by an impressive 5.9%.

This growth is largely attributed to the area's relative affordability compared to other
major centres in WA and Australia as a whole.

We are still witnessing high levels of activity in the investment sector, particularly in
the market up to $650,000. This is supported by strong rental yields, reflecting robust
returns.

As we move into the winter months, traditionally not the strongest selling season, we
anticipate the market will buck this trend as it has in recent years. This is driven by
the low availability of housing and continued strong demand.
